I’ve had a lovely long weekend; on Friday we had a half-day off from school, and a bank holiday on Monday, plus the weekend! Aside from revising for my upcoming Business Studies exam, my family and I spent the mini-holiday celebrating my parents’ anniversary in Liverpool, and then to Blackpool’s theme park with some friends the next day. You can check out some of the pictures I took on my Instagram account. (username: missiffa) Talking of Instagram, ever since I’ve gotten my iPhone, I’ve loved the concept of keeping a photo diary and archiving daily escapades.
First of all, I must point out to you all to please ignore the socks I am wearing in the pictures. It was a chilly day, and as you all know, black is the best absorber of infra red radiation. In other words, the best at keeping my toes warm. When looking over the photos from this post, I’ve realised just how ridiculous they look! Fashion faux pas! With that aside, I’m currently lusting classic vintage vibes. Tan trench coats, pastel coloured everythings and delicate jewellery. You can never go wrong with something timeless like that.
My friend has the most amazing watch. It’s the Gent Lacquered watch by Swatch and I fell in love with it as soon as I laid eyes on it! It’s playful, innovative and unique, I’ve not bought a watch in a while and I would love something sui generis like this.
Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend and bank holiday! Love from,
